1275 kcal Fat: 49.80g | Prot: 72.18g | Carb: 136.85g.   Breakfast: green peppers, onions cooked, milk 2%, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, reduced fat sausage jimmy dean, egg beaters, bisquick. Lunch: ghirardelli chocolate, ghirardelli caramel, basmati rice, almond slices,  white onions chopped, golden raisins, olive oil, chicken breast. Dinner: Edamame, brown sugar, turkey breast tenderloin. Snacks/Other: goldfish crackers, chex mix traditional. more...
