There are times when the 1 lb a week weight loss is discouraging, especially the weeks when I've been on point with food and exercise. Then I realize since Nov 3, I am down 21 lbs! That is the number that continues to motivate me! Each pound counts, no matter how small it seems at the time. So persevere and don't give up! The weight didn't go on overnight and it won't come off that way, either. Small steps on the path of eating healthy will get you to your goal!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't think I will ever stop feeling crap when Ive only lost 1lb. I know it all adds up in the end but that feeling of utter disappointment is soul destroying. Slow and steady wins the race but fast and furious feels better LOL LOL
