I switched last week from Turbo Fire to P90x in honor of my girl Eleni who started the program and gained. The gain is due to muscle gain. I'm excited to get back to doing Turbo Fire this week and shed the fat!! Woo hoo!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
