Upset about gaining a pound last week. In the beginning of the week, I had a hard time working out due to my busy schedule but I picked it back up on Wednesday. This week I need to focus on what I'm eating and making sure working out is a priority. 31 more lbs to go!
231.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
