Hey Judy I lost a pound too! Of course it's been two weeks coming, but I'm excited and re-motivated. I am going to work out at ADV 212 see how that works today with my lungs. Asparagus omelet again today, gee I love those!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
