One week following the Belly Fat Cure: lost 5 pounds and 3 1/2 inches from waist! Cutting sugar has been easy, never hungry and lots of energy.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
