Had a great week, lovely food, went for a lovely 2.1/2 hour walk today with the family also along the canal feed the swans, great exercise and the fresh air views beats any tredmill! I am now in the 12's yeah!!!! so i am so please, onwards and downwards ! lol if ya no what i mean ;)x
