RN16's Journal, 16 June 2021

I did the body fat measurement using the calipers again and measured using measure tape and they both show higher bf percentage than last time. So frustrating, I know it's probably due to user error. I follow the directions, but I'm not an expert on doing those. Oh well, I'll just keep on with my goals and doing what I'm doing.
124.8 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

have you tried a body fat scale? the exact number may not be accurate BUT changes in the number are! I use one to track body fat changes over time.

the mirror is better than fat devices. my scale says 18%. paid $50 for a dual x ray and even that said 13.3. but my mirror says probably not. 😂😂 how do you look and feel. that's a better guess.

with all the weight you have dropped I would also use the mirror you and I both know there's a big difference congratulations

Thank y'all. I definitely feel better since I've lost that weight. Now the hard part of not gaining back as I reverse up to maintenance to gain more muscle.
