Thank you everyone for the good wishes for my DH. He's out of hospital and on the road to recovery now, slow that it is at the moment. Am finding keeping to my points allowance is a bit of a struggle at the mo, so will need to get some C25K in to counter it. Seem to be jonesing for salt!! Am now the proud owner of a Bosu training system - inflating it was a workout on its own!! I don't think that Cirque du Soleil will be offering me a job as a balancing act anytime soon - maybe one as a clown!! It's tough, particularly as I have zero core strength, but that is why I bought it. Every wobble makes you stronger!! :0)
202.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Couldn't help but smile as I read your post. So ironic that clowns are often called Bozo! Enjoy your Bosu, there is so much you can do with it. Hope you got a good tutorial DVD with it, else there is a whack of stuff on the net. As you get stronger and fitter remember you can use it with either side up. Enjoy! If you crave salt you can make a bone broth. I will inbox you my bone broth recipe - it is so good. With low carbing the kidneys chuck out a lot more salt that normal. The broth, aka as a super food will feed your body and also give hubby nourishment. It is often prescribed for people who feel poorly. Good luck! :)

Thank you both. The Bosu came with four workouts so will give them a go when I have caught up with my sleep (see next entry). Tracking kind of out the window at the mo, but will attempt to get back to it ASAP. Never really craved salt like this before but at least that and the magnesium are holding the cramps at bay!
