Yesterday I did some yard work and met all activity goals much earlier in the day than usual. I ate under goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. 1538 kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% // missed Sleep Goal
150.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
