I wish I could have tracked my weight when I weight 246 some six months ago (guesstimate), I would feel much more accomplished to have a nifty graph reminding me of my achievement.

This site has something saying i'm following a South Beach Diet, but I wouldn't really say that's what im doing, but I am eating a high protein diet that isn't necessarily Atkins so thats what I put. My cousin also gave me a south Beach Diet book so through Osmosis, I've absorbed its teachings!

I wish Five Guys would deliver....Random thought. Hungry....
218.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
