Made it through Day 2 with new supplement. Did well until after 2nd meal--had Melona b I've cream bars X2 and popcorn. I really need to plan some strategy not to eat after my main meal which WAS satisfying and filling.
229.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have a hard time, too, not eating for just the sheer pleasure of it - even when I'm not hungry. May God inspire you with a great idea of what to do instead of have things that you will later regret.
