I am doing the same thing trying to stay within 1200 calories a day. My Dr. said to at least stay between 1200 to 1500 but stay closer to the 1200. Also to be mindful of the type of calories I am eating or else i will see a weight gain or a standstill. This makes sense if you load the 1200 up on high carbs/fat or sugar. You might want to look at what you are eating. I am logging what I eat so I can look at it if I get stuck on the scales. Good luck and hang in there. Oh also drinking lots of water is very crucial to weight loss.
