I'd like to use the excuse that it's been doggone cold here in Minnesota - so outdoor exercise is limited and winter makes me crave "comfort food".

I was hoping to shed a couple more lbs this past month - but it didn't happen. Thankfully - I didn't go in the other direction. So, I'll take this and do better in February. I still plan to reach my end goal by summer. Hanging in my closet is a cute pair of NEW (next size down) capris that I vow to fit into.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
