It's going the right way :) I started taking probiotics every day (partly to help with depression) and I am finding my cravings are easing. Yeah!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1401 kcal Fat: 44.04g | Prot: 66.31g | Carb: 152.92g.   Breakfast: Wegmans Apple Cider, Bananas, Dannon DanActive Strawberry Probiotic Drink, body logix vegan protein, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Coffee. Lunch: Helen's Balsamic dressing, veggie, seed and ham salad. Dinner: Green Giant Essentials Fibre, Brown Rice, Merlot Wine. Snacks/Other: 70% dark chocolate. more...
