went camping out at Lost Maples State Park.

Thinking the extra weight is due to muscle build up. I did not over eat, and focused on eating when hungry, but did not snack at night.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
