When I felt the cramps this morning I knew this wasn't going to be the weigh-in that I was dreaming about. Nice play, mother nature, you win this one. However, I still have seven days until the end of the month. I'm going to work hard at everything I do each day to get my pound.
On a side note, I woke up to no heat in the house. A balmy 53 degrees inside. Glad I don't work from home.
On another side note, I'm thirsty.

Sounds like you go hit with a one two punch first car then heat sounds like what's happening here (car problems) Bananas are good but you might want to up your intake of magnesium and calcium for leg cramps. too If you continue with thirstiness have your blood sugar checked if it's first thing in the morning you might just be mouth breathing.

Hiya, here's an update. The bananas and a lot of water helped the leg cramp. I think its a combination of low potassium, dehydration, and the new exercises I've been doing. I can cure two of those problems! The heat was an easy fix that cost $118, but now I know how to fix it myself should it happen again. Yay 70 degreas! Now to get off this period.
