Katsolo's Journal, 25 May 2021

Two walks last night after I stopped and ran my mouth for an hour right off the bat with someone emerging from their house for the first time in months. Net result was a medium walk because it got cold once the sun went down, and once I redirected my energy back into my legs we got it done. I did end up having to make up some 400 steps towards bedtime which was accomplished by walking in circles and random patterns which doubles as dog torture for the shepherds who crave order and logic.

Trying an experiment with fiber this past couple of days. Will keep to the norms with fruits and veggies, but in smaller amounts and have added the low carb tortillas and another insoluble fiber into the mix to see if we can avoid another episode for the rest of my life. It would be beautiful if it were that simple. Truly though, the best thing for me is to keep moving, but until I pay off the house, etc., gotta work, which means I gotta sit still and do stuff.

Not sure what's going on in this particular rock pile, but they reminded me of skittles from a distance. Sugar free, obvi.

Numbers are fine, working my way back down. Fiber and all. For those wondering, I am not wind powered so far.

Reboot done, press on.

numbers are from a Whitings smart scale. accuracy reasonable, but not precise. :)

Actually the numbers are probably more precise than accurate (sans weight) as is the case with my smart scale. Most of my numbers are precisely incorrect 🤔
