Its always hard to get started after you stop. Motivation girl…you can get back to what you were doing. I hope you’re feeling better after your surgery and that you didn’t have any complications! Hang in there…once you get a game plan and stick to it for a while, it will only get easier! Im just getting started myself so Im right there with you!! Best of luck!

Low carb--High protein is the easiest diet I've ever been on! All the meat, poultry, and fish you can eat! And theres some great snacks! Cheese, olives, hummus, celery, peas, fruit!! YUM! Good luck!!

I know how you feel! I'm afraid I have permanent damage to my right leg, mainly in my ankle and it makes excessive very hard. I tried to do 1.5 miles today.. I barely made it to .5 because my leg got to stiff to continue (pretty sure I've done damage and will be forced to stay off it a few days) I used to run on my treadmill all the time! I loved it so much! To this day I am in a bit of denial about not being able to exercise like I used to.
