Only down .2, but not up the 1 1/2 lbs that I saw a couple of days ago, so I'm good where I'm at. Now, if I can keep up with getting back into my good habits, by next week I should be down a little more. I'm not really even worried about the numbers so much as how my clothes fit. I can already tell that by eating better, drinking my water, and getting workouts in I'm not as bloated and just feel more confident, and that's only after 1 week of getting back into my old routine.

Not much else new today, just another busy day at work, so I'd better get to it! Happy hump day!!
139.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
