I'm barely making my goal of calories per day, but I'm making it. I had to leave half an English Muffin on my plate at breakfast today to make it. Tonight for dinner, I'll probably only be able to have 2 green beans while everyone else wolfs down their food, haha.

But it's totally worth it because it's WORKING!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
