Just got weighed in, I lost 6 1/4 Pounds for these 2 weeks with 17 3/4 Pounds to goal. Total lost is 156 1/4 Pounds
237.8 lb Lost so far: 155.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week

The way I have done it is... 3 meals a day, No snacks in between. I use no butter or oil in cooking or otherwise... I use chicken or beef broth when cooking. I walk, Do step aerobics and do the biggest loser challenge on the WII FIT.

In other words the sensible way. Healthy food choices and exercise. That's the way to set yourself up to maintain when you reach your goal.
