Today is another blessing!!!
Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal but did not meet some activity goals. 448kcal deficit // BF unchanged // Sleep Goal met
152.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
