1436 kcal Fat: 48.19g | Prot: 57.98g | Carb: 174.23g.   Breakfast: Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Vitafusion Coq10, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Tropicana Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp). Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Tomato, Taco Cabana Refried Beans & Rice Side (Kid's), Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce. Dinner: Betty Crocker Potato Buds Mashed Potatoes, Green Peas (Frozen), Pork Roasts (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only). Snacks/Other: Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Intense Dark 72%, Guinness Draught (Can), Bananas , Oatmeal with Raisins Dietetic Cookie. more...
