Through my food journal I really see the pitfall all my snacking is doing to me! OMG I eat most of my calories in snacks!!!! Time to pay a little more attention to that area!
128.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 128.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
