Hoping to be a little lower by now... Not committed enough on the weekends. Workouts going pretty well. I did core synergistic on Saturday, an aerobic bike program yesterday plus stairs, and my HIIT w/o today.

I think DJ is being made DL today and that he got a new comp from Mexico. I hope they get along well! Ryan won his wrestle-off and is wrestling varsity tomorrow! Megan is playing bball and Kate is addicted to Vampire Diaries...
165.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
