everytime i get to the 53.7kg, the next day my weight goes back up again! atleast this time it`s only 400g and not a whole Kilo. but still very frustrating.
119.3 lb Lost so far: 48.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
