Not to shabby a drop. Y'all don't wanna know how many trips to the bathroom I've made for this drop. I would say this surplus day pulled in a record amount of water retention.
116.2 lb Lost so far: 93.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week

I want to say between Sunday's weigh-in and this morning? 16 times-ish. And, I'm still letting go of water today! To be fair - since I'm drinking at minimum 64 ounces/day, going to the restroom more often is inevitable. But, I also think it was all those sauces they served with the sushi. And, of course I put soy sauce on everything!

Aww, I promise HCB - I’m sticking to my 64 ounces. Sometimes I manage to hit a full 96. And, even though it’s challenging I still do not have my first cup of coffee until that first 32 ounces is down the hatch! No easy feat as I’m not a guzzler. But, I can take big gulps ☺️And, it’s suiting the amazing gal who first inspired this girl to lift back in 2017 should be the one to remind me of one of the most cardinal rules ☺️❤️
