OK, I've been trying to lose weight for a few weeks now and my lack of willpower keeps sabotaging me! Let's hope FatSecret is a tool that will help me stick to my eating plan.

loosing weight is easy! eat nothing you like and very small portions of everything you do not like and wash it down with lots of water. Easy????Right????
