WooHoo!!! It may not be much into the 130's but it's there, I made it!!! I can't believe I actually came this far!! There is still a lot of work to do but just slipping into this area makes it all worth it.
Keeping reasonable goals has truly helped me. I'm learning what I can and can not eat. I ahven't been following any diet too much. I have this app on my phone "myfitnesspal" and its been helping me tremendously. It tells you how many calories, grams of fat, carbs etc. you can have in a day. I record everything I eat and try to stay as close to everything as I can.
I have a horrible sinus infection so I didn't do any exercise this weekend. I jsut want the pressure in my head to go away! I honestly have no time for exercise my life is basicall work and school. I'm used to it though, I can't wait until spring for the nice weather so I can get out more often!
I hope everyone is having as wonderful a day as me!
139.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah!!! The 130's ....WOW!!!!Did you win any money at work?? You are doing so well!!! BUT you need to make time for some dance central...all work and no play makes jill have flabby butt, or something like that . LOL have a great day.
