I'm going to attribute this weight loss to water weight today. I only managed to get four cups of water today in addition to three cups of coffee and a cup of mocha last night. I've been told that caffeine does not count towards water consumption, so that's only four cups yesterday.
TOM and money has thrown me off a little this weekend. I'm going to use my credit card to go get food for the week, then I'll pay that off on Friday.
