I am not shocked, I put on the "Stressful Seven"... It wasn't the Holidays it was everything after that....I had to honestly update my weight, I knew it was creeping up, actually leaping upwards...I am aware, i can reverse the damage done with the help of fat secret.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes you can! You've caught it and stopped it, now you can get it right back off. I can always tell with my pants (I carry my weight in my butt/thigh/leg area). The secret is not to deny the weight gain, but jump on it and beat it back down lol :) You can do this, one day at a time.
