You go back to basics and try to figure out what you need to do to get yourself back on the losing track. Are you writing everything you eat down? Are you not eating enough or maybe too much? Are you exercising? Are you getting in fresh fruits, veggies, and lean dairy and protein? Are you eating too many processed foods? How is your sodium intake (many foods are high in sodium and can make you retain water)? Are you drining enough water? Are you eating the same foods day after day? Changing things up can help. Do you vary your exercise? Be really honest with yourself. If you are doing everything you are supposed to and still don't see a loss, take your measurements. You might be losing inches. Remember patience and persistance will get you to goal. Just keep going.
