Really disappointed I only lost 4 lbs. I didnt cheat one time!!! Well I guess is I loose 4 lbs a week, I could meet my goal in 11 weeks......wishfull thinking :-(

Whooo Hoooo! You lost 4 pounds! Do you know how hard the body has to work to lose 4 pounds? That is amazing!!! I'm lucky to lose that in a month, lol! Look how great you are doing. It doesn't matter how long it takes, as long as you get there. Great job!

Thanks for the support. I have been doing this for 2 years now on and off. My real goal is not to go back to where I was in the beginning, that's why I got rid of all bigger clothes.
