Really trying to stick to the "no carbs after 3" and no food after.6. Lost 2 ilbs this week and missed one day of excercize. Did pretty good.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
