Fat is up considerably. On purpose. I'm interested to see how I perform at the ultra with higher fat level. I'm hoping it improves my endurance around the 4 to 5 hour mark. My goal is to finish 6 to 7 hours.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
