Kind of bummed that the scale was up a little today. This is where I can get myself in trouble. It's the perfect excuse to give up. I admit I gave into a candy craving this afternoon but got right back on track for the rest of the day before I did too much damage. I had a healthy dinner and did not give in to having a glass of wine that I really wanted.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

You have such a good attitude! You treated yourself and didn't over-do. Nothing wrong with that. You have to have treat days. The scale didn't go up that much and that could be water or muscle weight. You're doing great!

Don't let the small setbacks distract you from the goal. I think it's normal for weight to fluctuate a bit. You can stick with it!
