I found a microwave low-carb alternative for lunch! The Tai Pei chinese boxes are a little salty, but have enough calories for 2 meals. I'm pushing water and alternating with the Bumblebee snack packs. The biggest change is that I'm working hard. Lots of walking, moving furniture, and stairs!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
