Another Day, Another Weigh. Well there it is, it is official. I am down exactly 30 lbs from this time back in October. I made it through my healing ritual successfully and decided that I want to ease back into my regular diet. Today I will continue to eat the prescribed menu plan but adding in an extra 200 calories to the 600 calories I have been eating the past 5 days. Starting with breakfast, I will have a banana with my slice of sourdough toast and fruit spread. I have never been so excited about a banana before in my life. Happy Monday everyone.
