Finished first day on Weight Watchers...was within my points without using extra and gained a pound. WTF?
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 April 2009:
1740 kcal Fat: 61.09g | Prot: 106.44g | Carb: 209.76g.   Breakfast: CFFEE MATE VANILLA CARB-SELEC, Coffee, Special K Chocolately Delight Cereal, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Oranges, Mayonnaise, 6" Double Cold Cut Combo (with Cheese). Dinner: Fruit Inspirations Cranberry Turkey Medallions (Smart Ones), Original Bagel, Smoked Ham Natural, Fat Free Swiss Cheese Singles, Cucumber (with Peel), Mixed Salad Greens, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Diet Pepsi. more...
gaining 3.5 lb a week

I'm sure it is water, take a deep breath. Keep on keeping on! You can do this, WW works over the long haul, but it takes time. Have a good day!

it happens, I was emailing a guy about that yesterday-Hang in there, its great when you don't think you did so well and you get a good weight in, it will happen
