Had bad stomach thing all day yesterday w/ migraine, nausea, cramping, diarrhea (lg), & reflux. :-( At least I'm less bloated today! And I even did 35min P90X Core yest w.o usual muscle weakness- weird- I thought my stomach issues wld hve made muscle weakness worse since rest of me was so wiped!
