Feeling fat & lazy today....with all this snow and my IT band injury I just haven't gotten to the gym in a few wks. I just started doing my yoga tape again so that's good. But still feeling rather lazy. so looking forward to hitting the gym again!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would try to do some exercises that don't involve your injury. It doesn't have to be much... but 20 minutes would be a start... and it doesn't have to be all at once either (but it's better if it is). I found it most frustrating to restrict calories... especially if snow bound LOL! I think our minds are sublimanally telling us to eat... we might be in for a period of a food shortage.

Ali, Matt already said well here. Try to move your body as much as you can at home. Yoga is really nice but you know what to be careful due to your injury. I'm going to yoga today:) Have a happy & healthy Wednesday!
