Good. I still think that number is wrong though. I think it is actually much less. After looking over your diet calender I think you are retaining more water then you realize. Your sodium is double what it should be quite often. Are you having any issues with swelling or muscle cramping? Are you drinking plenty of water? Also random question, how long is it visually between the last thing you eat and bedtime?

That was supposed to say usually not visually.

I haven't had any problems with swelling or muscle cramps. I do drink water usually just when I workout and I only drink diet drinks otherwise. I usually eat and go to bed a few hours later. But over my Christmas break from work, I have stayed up much later and often into the morning hours. I am sure this contributes to my weigh in in the mornings. Also, I usually just pick an item and use it because I only track calories. No doubt that I am probably consuming way to much sodium, but I am not sure how accurate (except for the calorie count) my food journal is. I usually just count calories and don't pay much attention to the other stuff.

Ya I am sure it is the lack of proper sleep getting you then. Also have you ever done any reading on the side effects of aspartame and stuff in diet pops?
