pms bloating, ugh no wonder I gained weight! 35 minutes stair climber, 25 minutes elliptical & 10 minutes walking 4% incline at 4 @ 3.8 rpm + usual weight work
108.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
