I kept putting off my weigh in because on Saturday I was down to 175 but now I can't seem to get past 176. So whatever. I will post it. I really wanted atleast a 2 lb loss. Oh well. I am doing fine with eating. Probably should eat a little more, but I am just not feelin' it. I am so tired by the end of the day. I have to get back in the swing of things, working, keeping the house up, keeping the groceries stocked, the laundry done. It is the last thing I want to do after working all day. I guess not working for 3 years made me a little lazy. But things are going well. The addition is getting built SO FAST!! I need to post pictures. I think my husband has been taking pics of the progress. Ok. Well, sorry I haven't been around much. Now that I am gone all day, I am trying to spend every minute loving on my kids. My son is still not thrilled about daycare. He has fun for the most part, but is SO CRANKY when he gets home. He hasn't been napping. That is mostly why. I will try to check in a lot this weekend and catch up with all of you!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Going back to work is HARD. Your not lazy, it's just a different routine. I have been working a little later the past few weeks and it's thrown me into a tizzy. Take a deep breath and plan and organize.

You are ALL going through an adjustment period now. With the remodeling, your taking care of your hubby's grandmother, and your son's new daycare adventure, you are all experiencing family changes. Give everyone time to adjust and you will be fine. I understand because I have experienced the back-to-work - back-to-vacation transition every year for the past thirty (30) years! Any change in pace is challenging! You are leveling off with the losses but you have got to stay with it - okay? Train your mind to take pleasure in a half pound loss instead of a two pound loss. Just keep doing what your doing and reward yourself for the healthy habits instead of the end result. Keep th faith!

Just checking in on you to see that you are "staying with it." I have been soooooooo guilty in the past of losing ten pounds and then STOPPING - or losing TWENTY pounds - and then STOPPING - only to have those ten or twenty pounds creep back on. Keep pushing past those barriers - okay? That's the Fat Secret. The "secret" is to just "kick into automatic" with your weight loss effort so that it does not seem like such an EFFORT. It is just something that you do by habit! MUCH LOVE.

Happy Easter Gracie! Don't worry you are doing fine, maybe you should give yourself a free day for Easter to break anything plateau-like. You have been pushing awfully hard.

Thanks! Info, I think I had my free day today. Should have waited until Easter Sunday, b/c now I know I will most likely not eat on plan tomorrow. But I did go walking today, and jogged part of the way. Monday will be a day to refocus!
