My weight can easily fluctuate 5-6 lbs a day. Sometimes more. That's why my latest gain is of no concern.I planned for this gain, so its no surprise to me. We will shed this weight sooner rather than later. I'm never going to forbid myself from enjoying the holidays and all its yummyness. I eat very well most of the time so occasional food pleasures are allowed in my world. wont even bother recording my food for the last two days. Too many cals, too much fat, blah blah blah.
Now its time to get back to business. Happy New Year!
