This bouncing around of my weight is getting frustrating. I know it's just water weight, but still! I've stuck to 1600 every day this week, except yesterday. I should have lost a little.
138.7 lb Lost so far: 62.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
