I didn't make as much progress as I had hoped this week. The calorie deficit numbers had me expecting a bigger drop at the scale, but some of it may be due to muscle gain. I did work out really hard on the couple days I made it to the gym this week on strength as well as cardio.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
