Been working out hard. Mile swim (30 minutes) followed by 60 minutes on the fitness bike set at hill intervals on level 8. It's a butt kicker but I do it 3 times a week. It's burns about 1500 calories in one hour thirty minutes of high intensity.
On the bike average at least 17.5 mph. Last night I set a new record for me at 20.3 mph.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
