I am sooo happy I am starting to pick up on losing . I changed a bit my diet and eating way more protein now. Doing more weight power training and trying to stay away from the sweets as much as I can. I am driking plenty of water and now after maybe a month and a half drinkng strictly water , sometimes green Tea and sport drinks (or protein shakes with fat free or soy milk))when I am cycling; I now feel the need of water all the time. I am feeling healthier and stronger each time. Thanks everyone for all your support.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you ... Today I am gonna have a real challenge! We have a pitch-in! :( . I am not participating but here people are so nice that even if you not contributing they still invite you to eat. I brought my lunch and I already decided I am gonna spend that hour at my moms that way I wont be tempted to go in the break room and see all that food....especially the sweets. :)

Hey hey hey, Jam! You are doing GREAT! WTG! That's perfect... I think the key is that weight and power training. Amazing how many calories you burn by doing weights. Keep it going!!! You are ROCKING THIS!

Thanks Rob...You are doing Fantastic!!!. I am now really motivated I was able not to eat anything from the pitch-in yesterday at work. A firend gave me some fried spring rolls home made that I loveeeeee and she knows. Took them home and gave them to my boys with their dinner...lol...I was that strong. I am strong with food but really weak with sweets. :)

Thanks, Jam!!! About the spring rolls, that is so perfect. I'm not sure if I could have done that. Hah! But I'm so glad to hear you are that strong. That's what we need. We're feeling great -- we're going to get there!
